Megan Woods, BSN, RN, WCC, CCM is a registered nurse and legal nurse consultant providing medical-legal consulting services in the Oak Ridge and Knoxville areas. She is committed to helping attorneys clearly identify deviations from the standard of care and translate complex medical records into organized, strategic case insight.

Her clinical background includes extensive experience in wound care, home health, and case management, with particular expertise in pressure injuries and nursing documentation that either supports—or fails to support—quality care delivery. She brings a practical, case-focused approach to medically complex matters, with close attention to the details that influence liability, causation, and case valuation.

Megan holds the Wound Care Certified (WCC) credential through the National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy® (NAWCO) and is a Certified Case Manager (CCM) through the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC).
